How to apply the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC) 2014/30/EU
On 29 March 2014, the European Commission has published a recast on a number of CE marking directives to align with the European Commission New Legislative Framework (NLF).
The updated EMC directive is numbered 2014/30/EU and it will come into force on 18 April 2014. The previous EMC directive 2004/108/EC will be repealed on 20 April 2016.
The attached file is an explanatory data on whether to use CE marking with its own DoC or NB when CE marking electronic devices.
