GMO is generally improved using GM (Genetically Modified) technology to strengthen the immunity and increase productivity of crops such as soybeans, corn, and potatoes, and thus modified genetically modified foods have traits or genes that cannot be seen through conventional breeding methods.
Conversely, “Non-GMO food” refers to non-genetically modified foods by not using any GMO, an agricultural product that artificially separates or recombines genes to give them intentional properties, ensuring transparency and free choice.
