[ ISO 20121:2012 Introduction ]
ISO 20121:2012 is developed to prepare and minimize possible problems (consumption of resources such as water and energy, generation of large-scale waste, and conflict with local residents) when event-related companies conduct events. It aims to provide the economically, environmentally and socially most efficient method, and is applicable to any size and type of event-related enterprise, from community events to international events such as the Olympics.
