China Product Certification Introduction

CHINA HACCP

CHINA HACCP (Hard Analysis Critical Control Point) is a system that analyzes hazards that can have a harmful effect on food hygiene throughout production, manufacturing, and distribution, and establishes important management points for these hazards to manage food safety scientifically and systematically.

CHINA HACCP is a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) approved standard and a national certification system enforced by China's accredited certification authority (CNCA) to make it easier for non-Chinese food producers to comply with Chinese food import regulations and national standards.

In addition, it analyzes the risk factors that threaten food hygiene in the entire process of production, manufacturing and distribution, and establishes critical control points (CCP) so that food safety can be systematically established.

The Chinese government currently requires six food manufacturers to obtain CHINA HACCP certification when exporting to China, including seafood, meat, frozen vegetables, fruits (including vegetable juice), frozen foods containing meat and seafood, and canned foods.
