CHINA Factory registration

The Chinese government has strengthened the registration management of overseas food producers to supervise the safety management of food in line with the rapid increase in food exports to China.

Accordingly, on January 1, 2022, in order to expand the scope of registration of export workplaces and strengthen the obligations of the governments of exporting countries, the “Regulations on Registration Management of Foreign Producers of Imported Foods” were amended.

All product production, processing, and storage companies that want to export to China can export food to China after completing factory registration.
