Compliance management systems – Requirements with guidance for use

ISO 37301 is an international certification standard for compliance management systems established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

Depending on the size and nature of the organization, it presents normative risks, application, and action methods to be observed by the organization, and enables systematic management of the laws and ethics that the organization must comply with.

It also provides guidelines and requirements for establishing, developing, implementing, evaluating, maintaining, and improving a compliance management system to develop into a sustainable company.

  ISO 37301 is applicable to all types of organizations, regardless of the type, size and nature of their activities and whether they are public, private or non-profit. In the absence of an independent governing body, all requirements for a governing body stipulated in this standard apply to the CEO.
